When will your data be deleted?

Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose for which it was collected (e.g. within the scope of a contractual relationship). Your data must also be deleted if their storage is inadmissible (especially if the data is incorrect and a correction is not possible). Blocking takes the place of deletion if there are legal or actual obstacles (e.g. special storage obligations).

Is data encrypted?

The transmission of data and e-mails on the Internet is normally unencrypted and is therefore not protected from external access.
